Anyhow, on with our quick review of the Bissell Steam Mop.

We are a big fan of this product, if there ever was an award for “over delivering” on a product, this would be a contender for sure. Don’t get us wrong though, nothing cleans your floor better than getting down on all fours, and scrubbing by hand.

And while that may be true… who wants to do that when you can get about 90% of the same results, with only 5% or less work with the Bissell Steam Mop?

We’ve tried a lot of the other brands of hard floor cleaners, and this one is by far the simplest to use and works just as well, or better than the more expensive and more “clunky” versions.

What’s great about this mop:

• This mop uses straight up water! Nothing else, no chemicals, no cleaning solutions, nothing. Which means that when you’re done cleaning, it’s safe for kids, pets, yourself, etc.
• Cleans quickly, and easily, no need to go back over the same spot over and over and over again.
• Very little, if any streaks left behind, and the water dries fast.
• Quiet operation. This mop is a silent dirt killer, you’ll barely notice it’s running.
• Simple to clean up after, and put away. Simply wrap up the cord, take of the little pad, throw it in the laundry, and you’re done.

What isn’t so great about this mop:

• It’s a little small if you’re over 6 feet tall, and you may have to hunch over a bit while using it.
• The cord can be a tad short as well, and in some spots you may have to unplug it and replug it back into another socket if you’re cleaning multiple rooms.
• It doesn’t always “glide” over all surfaces, and sometimes you’ll need to put a little “push” into it.

Overall, this mop rocks compared to any other we’ve tried, and it’s priced right. Especially at Amazon.com.
